keep ur back flat against the bench and ur ass down.....lets see how much you can do with PROPER FORM....guaruntee it would be half that....oh man ur training partners should really look out for you more so you dont embarass yourself like this
i asked her, she sais she can do 200 kg, but don't forget.. it's assisted incline.. it's not pure Benchpress.. do not underestimate this girl.. she's the fitness godess.. she trains me, and i seem to be doing very very good
