Apple says the company's co-founder Steve Jobs has died. He was 56. In a brief statement the company said Jobs died Wednesday. He had been battling pancreatic cancer. (Oct. 5)

Tonight, America and the world has lost one the greatest innovators of American business since Thomas Edison. Steve Jobs has left a legacy that is indelible and his shoes can never be filled. RIP Steve and thank you for your genius and innovative ideas and inventions.
