@Volcano2014 You are absolutely right. What you do to yourself reflects how you feel about yourself. Problem is Louise counsels others to look in the mirror and to say "I love myself exactly as I am." But when she looked in the mirror, she didn't like what she saw, and saying she did was not enough for her. So, she opted to have a surgeon cut, stretch and stitch her flesh for vanities sake. She says one thing and does another.

Too bad she didn't love herself enough to allow herself to age naturally. The fact that she's had plastic surgery because she "didn't like the way I was aging," has undermined her philosophy.

Excellent! Healing and teaching how to love, reminding us how we loved ourselves as babies, that description alone heals deeply. I am so grateful for this teacher.
