@Jan38A Yes, I was aware of that, a real sad thing, I have always admired the advanced architecture of Tempelhof, decades before jetways, it provided travellers with a weather-free boarding experience, it was a real Aerogare, much like a railway station, but for the Air; it even had the Nameboard like a rail station, a very clever way to make ppl familiar to airtravel using something known to them...I hope they keep that impressive building!!!
