@richo12345678 Well actually Nakamatsu sold IBM the Patent to the floppy discs after Sony and other companies declined the offer. He sold IBM the floppy disc ideas around 1950 and IBM First created the floppy disc from his idea in 1970. David Noble assigned the task of creating the floppy disc finally created it in 1970.
