I play cod4on the Old macbook pro with an external Dell monitor - but I am having problems with bootcamp and black ops -have you tried bootcamp w/blackops on this?
Alternatively - If anyone knows a reliable link to a Macish os version (: of Black ops I would be very grateful.

Looks like Vista - you're using Direct X10 yes? Try it in XP and repost your findings, with the faster game play FPS, or use Windows 7 if you want to continue to use Dx10. Thanks!

Read the comments, this is XP.

Mmm, I see. I've noticed getting insane FPS in Windows7 with Dx10, even over XP with Dx9C
15FPS difference in FarCry2, for example. I was very impressed. W7's DX10 has really expanded the life of my 9400m card :)

Windows 7 made Crysis unplayable, even when in dx9 mode.
