  • You can clearly see the boost runs constant over 22 PSI on that VDO gauge. If you are selling this kit to people you need to advise them the tuner increases the boost WELL over safe limits for that stock turbo. These turbos should NEVER run over 18 PSI, they are just not designed for that

  • Really, I've run over 22PSI on mine for almost 80,000km. Maybe you should tell my turbo its days are numbered. I've drag raced competitively, hauled trailers, and daily driven for 3 years like this.

Having a proper downpipe and exhaust makes all the difference in reliability and performance my friend.

  • Does bosio make nozzles for the 100 hp 1.9l tdi on a 04 jetta? Whats the difference between the tuning box and the revo ecu tuning?

  • @024reredrum Yes, not cheap though. Revo replaces the ECM software with a flash, the boxes are non intrusive and non permanent.

  • Can you disable the egr valve with a jsp tuner?

  • no, requires separate ecm flash depending on year. the tuning boxes are non intrusive

  • What are the gauges that are mounted on the steering column? And where is the best place to get them and the housing for them?

  • @SuperChicken13 Yea u must be smarter than 47,000 people on tdiclub that have seen bunch of these turbos fail because of overboosts, right at 22 psi, i can take this turbo apart with my eyes closed and yes i am telling u, your turbo's days ARE numbered. yes you can get enormous amount of power by boosting to 22 psi but that is why we spend 1200 bucks for a hybrid turbocharger that can handle those kinds of pressures, because we prefer not to have failed pieces of the turbo going thru the engine

  • Chipping will actually increase your gas mileage unless you have a lead foot.
