This is our take on airline frugality. As consumers we are being forced to pay for the most basic services like blankets/pillows, meals, snacks, and even first bags. Are the airlines really frugal or are they just cheap?
Perhaps you dont realize (due to your age) but ticket prices are the same as they where in 1980 or cheaper in most cases. I fly with Alaska Airlines 5 days a week...and the bag of "nuts" you have there is an obvious mistake made at the packaging plant. Im sure if you had told the flight attendant they would have apologized and given you another bag or two. The fact is people only pay enough to get from point A to point B...safely. Everything else is now up to you.
