I felt like poopy! I thought I was getting a sinus infection, but now everything seems fine. Well, not really fine, but much better. Just so you know I did do my workout. I hadn't eaten anything and was sick ealier in the morning, but I did my full workout. My upper body lifting was first followed by a tough 20 minutes on the bike. I survuved and now I'm all caught up with my workouts.
