This show is awesome. Very motivation for me because I've been trying to lose weight as well.
I'm currently using the workout programs from the "Attack That Fat" package.

I've lost nearly 10lbs in May and hopefully June will bring more of the same :)

I feel sorry for these over-fed clowns who are being exploited by a blood sucking vulture . These people can do these exercises until they are blue in the face, it an't gonna do a thing. What will work is multi-7-day colonic-cleansing, that will clean out their distorted and over -worked colon so the metabolism can get back on its natural line of functioning. These 'professionals' are dangerous people because they just don't tell you what really works.
