I've seen this truck in that area off gattis school rd.. It was stickered? they have legal right if it is out of registration or non running.. not saying thats right but, its the law and has been for a while.

@matt360829 Naaaa, i talked with a lawyer and I "could" have sued the city, but i'm not here to try and get "paid". I put it out there to state what happened and what goes on in this town. I have talked with other officers here and they say he was out of line and should not have done it. Thats good enough for me. I did go through the tow hearing and the city had to pay for a lawyer and take up 2 days of court time. Even though I lost due to technicalities so its a moral victory

i know what u whent thru i the same with the Thurmont Police Department when thay pull me over for drive my lowrider IT ONLY TOLK 5 COPS TO PULL OVER A 5"7 MAN

what i mean is the first cop did not know what to do FIRST THING HE SED WAS WHAT DO U THINK THIS IS then he call for nother cop and thay sill did not know so call for a 3 the 3 cop got a thick book and started lol at the end of it 2 more cops came just to see what happen and it tolk in 3 cops 1 hour to right the tick HAD TO SALE IT

Good to hear your truck is better though. I know how working on trucks can be I have a Bagged Chevy s-10 and had to get that shit towed as well because of cops doing the same thing they broke my axel trying to get it up and took the shocks weld off had to fix that but since I got recent tickets for dragging I didn't fight back :P but oh well shit happens and cops just like to bull shit to get the quota's written for the day
