The truly surreal thing about this footage is no one ... NO ONE! ... on the streets of central Moscow.  In stark contrast to a U.S. Inaugural ceremony where there would have been crowds all over, the whole thing seems tailored for TV viewing. As we never see a camera truck, the dramatic closeups at the 3:00 and 3:30 marks must have been shot from one of the escort motorcycles. As for the surroundings, I took special interest in the huge bore "Tsar Cannon" Putin walks by at the 2-minute mark.

Putin was all business, i hope he comes back. Medvedev is more flashy I don't know about his policies.

@779LR But they need to block all roads in the city instead of have escort consisting of cool black Suburbans.

Why do they need to have 5-6 traffic lanes?? I think its not good , when all city is staying in traffic jams and hate their government for that. What is more no one gives way to emergency vehicles or to the vehicles with lights , cause it can be some fat ass , who wont stay in traffic jams. I like Obama's escorts and USSS suburbans equipped with strobes.
