  • From the Zelda wiki - "Link, as seen in The Wind Waker, is a completely different Link when compared to the Links of the previous games with his most different look yet in the series (especially with the fact that he's only 12 years old)"

    So yeah, 12.

  • @redquoter Pfffffft... Gigglesnort...

  • @xXAvionCoreXx Goosebumps begin at 0:00

  • BEHOLD, THE FAILURE OF THE HERO OF TIME

    Finish what he began, oh Hero of Wind.

  • This brings me back to my childhood. My favorite game.

  • Look you guys;

    Wind Waker Link is 9, contradicting earlier info in Smash Bros. Brawl, in which trophy info for Link from TWW states his age as 12. The Nintendo Power guide for TWW also states that Link's age is 12. The new official information comes from the same Iwata Asks as the one that revealed Link's age in OoT. In TWW, Link obtains the Hero's Clothes and starts his quest at the same age as the Hero of Time (who is 9 as a child 16 as an adult, 7 years later) when he started his quest.

  • @BanjoD453 But, it says that it is tradition to have young boys dress like the hero when they reach the age that the Hero of Time started his journey, so this Link should be ten just like Link from Ocarina of Time was.

  • @ChaoticSerenity Not to mention the fact the game ends with Link planting the Master Sword into the forehead of Ganondorf and the former King of Hyrule drowning with his lost kingdom. I felt it was a highly bitter-sweet ending

  • Behold, the legacy of the Hero of Time.

  • I have dreams about this song.

  • Who else came here after seeing the "official Zelda timeline" and decided to see all the openings to all the games to see if it's right?
