So many varieties of cars!! in my opinion I think the best lemans years are mid 50's to 2003. due to the diversity of the marques!!

Rainy day, not bad though. I do remember the variety of classes in that race, for instance something called a Marcos(sp?) from Spain that looked something like a Fiat pedestrian car being passed like it was parked. Great time, wet and all, what a memory from a young dumbass GI who rode a 150 Lambretta to get there. Ha ha.
