  • HELP WANTED... i made the gulab jamun but i think something went wrong the balls sank they never came up and now its hard... i did use baking powder instead of baking soda are they different .. please help titli

  • @fatimahnasir Did they fizz when you fried them? If not, your oil temperature may have been just a bit too low. I'm not sure that using baking powder instead of soda would cause a problem :-/
