Just my opinion on some the foods I eat daily for cutting. Of course I eat other foods like fish, steak and vitamins daily but this is what I had at the time. Rate, subscribe and comment more vids to come.

  • @xirons I stopped a while ago but was on for about a year...consisting of on for three weeks then slightly off for one. Its a hard process as I was a FAT boy! 5 7 and 200 + pounds...I'm down to 153 and leaning out. 6 pack almost there but I have to admit I still slip up and have to get back on the bandwagon from time to time but havent been over 160 in a long, long time.

  • Hey, nice vid first of all, very informative thanks. Just some advice about condiments and sauces that are fat free or sugar free like your miracle whip... they aren't as good as you think bc they have to replace the fat/sugar/sodium/wtv with other shit so the product keeps pretty much the same taste. Instead try to go with for example 1/2 fat or 1/2 sugar or etc.

  • I'm interested to learn a little more about diet programs - I am applying a number of DietOramy dietary regime plan (identified it on Google) for some time now and I am honestly reducing weight and am happy over it!

  • I am not really certain that this is the most suitable eating plan for any individual, however DietOramy eating plan absolutely assists my grandma remove all that unnecessary body fat. You can find an abundance of free info on the Internet of it, just use Google...

  • @lexington9999 Conjugated lipoic acid. Stuff works, I'd stick with EGCG though. It's more effective.

  • Bro I'm also cutting up and your eat like almost the same stuff only a thing different to save you money is but talipia fish skillet of course it will cone frozen with no sodium and high protein I take it before a workout trust me the cleanest protein in my opinion there is. But good job on nutrition just solid.

  • can you make a daily schedule for eating ? like eat every 2 -3 hours for metabolism rigght ?

  • Will that nitrix stuff make me more vascular?
