We all know that hand-washing can reduce the hands of 95% of the bacteria, which actions can effectively reduce the probability of illness. Many studies on the recycle of water resources, but this design focuses on drying treatment of after washing hands, the common approach are to use tissue (paper towel) or hand-drying device.

Every ton of paper towel consumes 3 cubic meters of timber (equivalent to 20 cm diameter of felled 17 adult trees) and also spend about 2 tons of standard coal, 60 tons of water, 1500 kWh, while a large number of discharges of sewage and emissions. These data have not included the amount of waste after use! According to research statistics, every 100 million people consumes about 2 million tons of paper towels per year. However, a more environmentally friendly hand-drying device using the electric motor, produces airflow swept along by the hands of residual moisture, but it also running with 1500W of power. This is not an entirely environmentally friendly way, as these resources can all be retained.
This design operates simply on physical principles (suction, contrary to hand-drying device). By adding a pipeline to the water pipe, the water generates a vacuum suction when people uses the water. This way, the user can draw residual moisture by the power of vacuum. This design is highly recommended as a hand-drying device, it is not only for health considerations, but also protect the earth at the same time.
