You can add your own files to your enTourage eDGe Library using removable memory. Start by loading files from your computer onto an SD Card or USB flash drive. Next, insert it into the enTourage eDGe.
Then open your Library, and choose Storage from the pull-down menu.

Find your files, and select the checkboxes of the ones you want to transfer.

Press Add to Library and the files will be copied to your device.
You can store pictures, music, videos, and even office documents in your Library.
When youre finished, unmount your external memory before removing it.
To copy files off your enTourage eDGe, select a file in your library and press Export.

Now you can copy it to a memory stick or SD card.

  • Can it read files from an SD card?

  • Sure. Insert an SD card, then open the Library app. Pull down the Contents menu, select Storage, browse the SD card. Open the file, then save it to your Library.

  • Entourage Systems, Inc. has suddenly discontinued both their original, and pocket, eDGe Dualbooks as of late May 2011. Here is a new, unofficial support forum for all you orphaned users (run by an avid user who is not associated in any way, with the company...totally free, no strings attached):

  • Can I load eBooks I already have into the library as well? They are in ePub format...

  • Do files have to be saved into the internal memory of the edge's library to be read, annotated etc.? Can they be accessed directly from an external source? Id like to use an SD card as a memory upgrade instead of a que that merely swaps files in an out to a maximum of 3 gig at any one time.
