Hey there, have you considered "Diablo 3 Maxout Turbo" (just search on Google for it ...)? There you can watch a great free video demonstrating how to speed run Diablo 3. This helped Danny to speed level through Diablo 3 and therefore max out his character very quickly. It might help you as well...
