Minecraft - Obsidian Farm With Pistons

Holy shit notch took you long enough to put something in that can control the flow of water

Anyway here's an obsidian farm that is almost automated. No worrying about the mess that comes with moving water and lava around.

this is a good way of doing it, however could you make a long line of water connected with pistons and a long line of lava and create more than just one at once? this would surely be more effective

Much easier to move the lava then just dump a bucket of water on it, same results with less work
