What did you eat? And yes this definitely works! Would you say brown rice, vegetables, and cut out sugar/complex carbs... I believe its totally doable with 100 grams of protein from shakes daily, tons of water, working out heavy, and maybe a fourth to half of bananas if feeling light from working out. I've done something similar before not as extreme, but I'm going to do it again... Everyone I know who has done vegan just initially shed weight... Its amazing...

I can never give up chicken dairy or fish or turkey sorry. I just lost 16 pounds in two weeks by exercising. I don't want to go vegan I am sure you can lose 14 or more weight by not exercising and just being vegan. Great job.

@dekaband I felt 'different' and really light at times. I wouldn't call it sick, but my body was adjusting to new foods and no animals. After a few weeks I had lost so much extra dead weight and returned to a perfect weight that works for me.
