well its happening to police and what they do after completing traing only how to recieve money by supporting people who can work for them in kidnapping people specially if some one go their specillay from europe ,maximum of police and their agents always keep an eye if some one has some relative in eurpe ,america and canada they make special effort for these kidnapping in this way i think what happened to them is very informative ,learnable.
