No 04 GTO's also used the LS1, the LS2 did not come until 05. Remember there were still 03 / 04 Corvettes that continued after the death of the Camaro so they still needed the LS1 =)

You're an idiot. The GTO didn't get the LS2 until '05. It had an LS1 until then. Also, it was rated at 350hp.

The LS9 only come in Corvette ZR1 n the Cadillac CTS n there both supercharged.

these cars don't shake i have one personally and they come with a LS1 engine and auto trans this car has been programed coz the original speed is limited at 230 Km/h
and they are really smooth cars you don't feel any thing while driving

There were stronger LS engines than the LS1 since 2000... The LS6 engine was rated at 400 or 450 HP, I forgot which but it was in production before the LS2's. The LS3 when it came out made 420ish HP, The LS7 came into production around 2007 and was making 505 HP, and the 639 HP motor is the LS9 which is extremely expensive and kind of rare. - The base Corvette uses the LS3 motor, not the LS9.

The 350HP LS1 continued to as late as 2003? Then 6 years later they invent a new Corvette engine with 639HP!? What a jump!
