This is a joke, the videos and the channel trying to pass itself off as "health" information. Most nutrient rich foods you won't find in packages. There's no "latest" product that you need, complete and wholesome foods have been here forever. It is simple. Calorie counting is frivolous, and a distraction. If people ate real foods that their bodies were designed to digest there wouldn't be many issues.

immm sick of hearing about how if you eat a calorie deficit of snickers your going to look the same as a calorie deficit of chicken breast.... no u tards your going to lose muscle and gain fat while losing weight with the snickers and your gonna keep your muscle but shrink if you did it with the chicken.....

Hello there! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it.
I watched this whilst eating a hotdog...there's no hope

These don't seem like healthy snacks to me insofar as "less calories" does not necessarily entail healthy. What sorts of flavors or preservatives are in those foods? What kind of sweeteners are used? Are there any important essential nutrients that might be included? How much salt? Are these products organic? Shouldn't these sorts of considerations matter with regard to the label "healthy snack"? The silly part is that I feel (know?) that I just watched a commercial disguised as health advice.
