Blue Merle Collie Puppies - April 22, 2009 - Aaron, Benjamin, and Casper

These rough blue merle collie puppies are from a litter born on March 6, 2009. They recently turned 6 weeks old. This is a group vidoe clip. All the puppies have been enjoying the out doors. They are extremely active and VOCAL. Notice that their ears are coming up on top of their heads but are not necessarily "equal". Likely in the next weeks video clips you will notice that we have begun bracing their ears so that they can be trained to "tip" as called for in the collie standard. Most collies that go to pet homes have prick ears because the owners have no intension of showing the collie. However, a "tipped" ear shows off the wonderful collie expression like a beautiful frame adds to the beauty of a picture.
