This is the band that defined punk rock for me. "I want to beat you up at the end of ...(this song)" What great tension to make you listen to a song. The song is actually quite dark lyrically and is surprisingly a well written and complete composition. When the chorus begins you can hear the template for decades of pop/punk songs for the first time here. "What's the use if you don't want it, what's the use if you won't take it, sixteen years of a sixteen year life" Yikes.

Bought the EP and LP some 22-23 years ago, always amazed each time I listen ... epitomizes what hardcore meant. Not the bland veganized crusties, nor the post-metal posturing... this is the shit :)
