INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stand in Right Side Bow and Arrow Stance.
2. Extend your R hand to the R side, palm up at shoulder level. Lengthen from your spine to your fingertips, and sink your elbow down. Rest your L palm on your L outer thigh. Relax your shoulders and sink both elbows down.
3. As you rotate your R hand counterclockwise, bend your R elbow and bring the back of your R wrist to your R hip.
4. As you rotate your R hand clockwise, extend it upward and outward to shoulder level, palm up, fingers extending to the R. Keep a space under your R armpit, and do not raise or lower your R upper arm but keep it still. Move from the elbow down.
5. Repeat this movement a total of 10 times in the same direction.
6. After the final rotation, change sides.
7. Stand in Left Side Bow and Arrow Stance
8. Extend your L hand to the L side, palm up at shoulder level. Lengthen from your spine to your fingertips, and sink your elbow down. Rest your R palm on your R outer thigh. Relax your shoulders and sink both elbows down.
9. As you rotate your L hand clockwise, bend your L elbow and bring the back of your L wrist to your L hip.
10. As you rotate your L hand counterclockwise, extend it upward and outward to shoulder level, palm up, fingers extending to the L. Keep a space under your L armpit, and do not raise or lower your L upper arm but keep it still. Move from the elbow down.
11. Repeat this movement a total of 10 times in the same direction.
