Power clean and push press session
50 - 3 sets x 2 reps
70 - 2 x 2
90 - 1 x 2
110 - 1 x 2
120 - 1 x 2
130 - 1
135 - 1 power clean & push press PB!
140 - 1 power clean PB!

Behind the neck wide grip Pull Up
5 sets x 10 reps + 10 reps close grip sternum pull ups

TRX rear delt to external rotation
3 x 10

  • @HeangKoing Tks mate. 115/ 150 @ 75. Not very good numbers considering I've been constantly in and out with injuries. I'm in Singapore. You have a great channel by the way.
