öhm yes i heal my pet... cause... a levl 70 pet will not stay alive without healing... when tanking 6 levl 71 npc...
sorry i dont know shoulders now... (11 month!)

no... every mob gets one Growl and later than thunderstomp! with kill commando! just wait and make petheal... and omen says that the pet have 10k agro... *g* or u use a mmd-makro
