Γειά σας, τι κάνετε; Hola! Por fin hemos conseguido el vídeo del anuncio de la abuelita de jroña que jroña del yogurt griego de Danone, que en griego (χρόνια και χρόνια) quiere decir "años y años". Τα λέμε!

Χρόνια και χρόνια μας 'πέρναν τ' αρχαία μας,
μετά μας πήραν και τσι Ολυμπιάδες μας,
τώρα θέλουν να πάρουν και το γιαούρτι μας!
(Jroña ke jroña mas 'pernan t'arjea mas,
metá, mas píran ke tsi olimbiades mas,
tora zélun na paroun ke to yaurti mas!!)
Año tras año fueron llevándose nuestros monumentos,
luego se llevaron nuestras Olimpiadas,
y ¡ahora quieren llevarse nuestro yogur!

@greekrose1 it's because Greek pronounciation is very very similar to the way pronounce in Spain... but as none of the words in greek resemble to anything in spanish, for a spaniard it sounds like stringing made up syllables. Now, try to imagine someone talking in made up syllables but very seriously and with a voice tone of indignation... the result is humorous. Not because the Greek is a joke language but because we don't identify it as a foreign language :)
