2-9-09 is the Lantern Festival ,Chinese New Year does't come to an end before 2-13-09,which is 1-18 in the Lunar Calendar.Since u live in China , I think u should learn something about our culture to live better. Firework is part of traditional customs for our new, it has more meanings than just having fun. We all know there're disadvantages , but I believe most Chinese enjoy it and it will be improved to cause less damages.
