  • I thought the opening scene to this movie was magnificent and that music piece by Wagner is my favourite of all time. However I was a little disappointed when the music was cut suddenely just after the world ended in the first scene.

  • Kirsten should have deserved an Oscar for her amazing interpretation in this movie.

  • Can someone give me their thoughts on the interesting halt all things seemed to have when they reached the bridge? Towards the end, when Claire tries to leave with the child, "coincidentally" her little car breaks down by the bridge. Also, when Justine is riding the horse, he stops and resists crossing the bridge. Why? What is the fear? What is the motif? I know they were all doomed from the start, but why so isolated? Why only them?

  • Well done , Kirsten , your performance in the film was utterly breath-taking.

  • lars von trier's films are shite

  • This film was amazing.Regardless of the crap comments he's made he's still a great artist.

  • I must admit that i didnt like the movie at all.

  • Say whatever you want. Von Trier is such a humble guy and has done great things considering his terrible affliction.
