You can make this two into one exhaust manifold and the short silencer yourself by watching my you tube video.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJZICb8lnp0

You cut a oval Viper stainless steel in half and replace the end cap and packing then pop rivit up. You end up with a competition straight through exhaust system which needs the BS tag to be street legal as its loud, you can also easily make the two into one steel manifold using a Inverter arc welder with 2,5 mm rods at 75 amps for the Honda Bros NT400
To see how the make the Honda Bros system go to my video at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJZICb8lnp0
to see free how to weld go to my site

Look up arc welding for beginners. Its free to learn and easy.

  • You need too rejet that bike when you change the exhaust like that. Sounds like shit.

  • @weedtastic

Yes we re-jetted but made no difference

  • Did you remove the middle exhoust hidden under motorbike?

  • yes, that was very restrictive and the system breaths better now

  • @kobuch3 whats this exhaust hidden under the bike? i plan to get a bros.

  • sounds like crap(((

  • Not checked that, possibly the same as standard

  • Hey man what is the top spped of the bike and the hp ... Thanks

  • The Bros, years ahead of its time, a classic. We live in Shoreham -by - Sea Sussex, near Worlds End Motorcycles who stock all the Bros Spares which is handy.

  • wow nice i just picked up a bros myself

  • Take a look a my other video called

Honda BROS Hawk GT Exhaust Custom NT400 Construction

and you will see how it was made using an arc welder with 100amps and a gas torch for heating and bending the tube.

  • Yes I did, the gas now flows in a straight line through both pipes now which slide over the original pipes. I also jetted up one carb as you can switch the main jets around. Both standard jets are different sizes.

  • lookin' fwd to it! :-)

  • Ta..Have now fitted the VIPER baffle and had the bike tuned to the new system, it now is very quite in the top gears like the standard exhaust, but when you open the throttle the ground trembles. I will but a new video up soon showing the final result.

  • nice growl!

  • Got a tbr full system 4 sale any offers?

  • Cheers M8 Just fitted a Viper removable baffle which cost around £6 gb which works a treat. Have also now got the British standard tag ready to fit for the mot.

  • top work M8, i just modded my standard, drill the ritits, pull the centre, cut the inner pipe off about an inch long, pop rivit it back in... easy, sounds great, though i do like the sound better with the baffle totally removed!!!... but tooooo loud... great work..

    peace

  • No it is not my bike. It belongs to my son. I just design and make the custom parts which you cannot buy off the shelf. As soon as the "Viper" baffle arrives he can use the bike again as it is just too loud....for him.

  • is this yours stuart ??
