Filmed on April 30, 2011 at the railroad station in Larchmont, NY. This station serves Metro-North's New Haven Line , which is along the section of Amtrak's Northeast Corridor between Boston and New York City. In this minute-plus clip we see three trains; hence the "triple play." First we see Amtrak train 140: the Northeast regional to Springfield, MA via Hartford, CT. Next is a Westbound Metro-North deadhead consisting of seven Bombardier Shoreliner railcars (Shoreliner III #6313 is the engine pack) and GE P32AC-DM "Genesis" 226 pushing - this could either have been a yard move or a diesel branch deadhead. Finally we have Metro-North train 6544 on its way to New Haven with what appears to be an M2/M6 consist.
