I agree with the other people on form. If you do the swings like he's doing them you will hurt your back. The hip snap is of the utmost importance when doing any swing, snatch or clean in kettlebell training. I'm sure Mr. Riccardo is not out of shape and his intentions are good but using the form he's doing can get you injured.

Hey whats up with all the people talking about Mr.Riccardo and how they think hes not in shape stop hating and try this workout yourselves instead of sitting on ur computer looking for people to make fun of, how bout u get off the computer and actually do this workout then we will c whose tired u hypocrites.

This guy isnt unfit and isnt doing the kb wrong it just looks like it because he isnt circulating his breathing properly, doenst matter how fit you are you have to circulate your breathing or ull be buggered like this guy even after a couple of reps.

no disrespect but your kettlebell form is awful, try watching some of the videos on youtube by steve cotter.
