Keith gives his report on Bush playing the terror card again to try scare members of Congress into passing the version he wants of the telecom bill. Jonathan Turley weighs in on what's really going on here and who it's going to protect and calls out Harry Reid and the Democrats for allowing this lousy bill to make it to the floor.

  • I hear the rightwing pundits trying to fool people by saying this is just about lawyers who want to sue and make money. lol.. it's about adhering to the US Constitution, jackasses. What part of that is so difficult to understand? They BROKE THE LAW. You can't just monitor all the communications of American citizens without legit warrants. And to all who walked out of the House today, please just keep on walking. You are a disgrace to the founding principles of your own country. Who owns you?

  • The corporations own them.

Government of the corporations, by the corporations, for the corporations... and their buddies.

  • I agree with funnyname. Keith does seem to be partisan. I think they ALL are crooks and liars, with the exception of Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, and Bernie Sanders. dubya dubya dubya dot kick them all out dot com

  • Ummmm, why should he do more? The Republicans are like 75-90% to blame. So therefore he should be getting on their asses 75-90% of the time.

Not only that but the Republicans have been so arrogant, so domineering, and have so much disregard for the Constitution that they deserve to reap what they've sewn.

  • Bush needs to go fuck off!! I can't stand this sack of pus-rotten-maggot-shit!!! What kind of leader does he think he is? Compare him to FDR and he's a spineless bitch who should have been aborted as a fetus. The country was attacked under FDR just like Bush. But what does FDR say instead of "if you don't do as I say they are going to kill you"?

We have nothing to fear but fear itself!!!

Powerfull and inspiring words and that punk ass bitch in the White House now could use a lesson.

  • You are right now that I think about it. Still I think he should do more.

  • That's true to a point, but I've heard him get as angry with Democrats when they don't stand up for their principals. A good example is when they continue to fund the war in Iraq with no provisions to set a troop withdrawal date.

  • I like Keith Olbermann a lot, but he really needs to stop blaming Republicans for everything and point out the role Democrats play in the "war on terror."
