Come on people. Isn't it obvious this was set up from the start? They needed a film for the 24hr film race. They are attention whores. Let's put 2 and 2 together here. They clearly set this whole thing up to get the attention they so desperately desire... the sad part is it was at the expense of the bands, the fans, the city of Oshawa, and the CBCF. First, she organized this show for one reason alone: to promote herself and validate her own feelings of self worth (and she failed miserably due to gross incompetence on her behalf).

Second, she didnt cause it to rain BUT it is her fault for not using any foresight whatsoever to ensure that the show ran on schedule.

The Oshawa By law is not 2300 hours. It is actually 24 hours a day. By-law 112-82, City of Oshawa. Read it.

Also, even if you have a permit, you can be shut down at any time. The permit allows you to do just that, permit you to engage in the activity to which you are doing. Should you go outside of the limits of the permit, and someone complains, you will be shut down. Think of it in terms of a drivers license. While you have a permit to drive, should you not follow the rules, bye bye license.
