  • Olisi pitänyt kuvata hyvällä ammattikameralla, ei kännykällä. Silti on hyvä video, kiitos.

  • IMO first responder's chest compressions seemed to be too fast, using 15-18 sec per 30 compressions is good (frequence should be ca100 comp/min)

I suggest counting loudly if you think that will help you keep a better rytm,; for me, that helped. Also, practice while timing the compressions (on pillows or on dolls).

  • tpyksd gphod dpo;s;lls polls

  • to JosefHalaxa: no pause for ventilation during providing the compressions - when patient is intubated! When you ventilate with mask and do compression at the same time, the oxygen will go not to lungs, but into stomach - risk of aspiration! When patient is not intubated do 30:2

  • To Sihi: I´m afraid you wrong, according to ERC+ILCOR Guidelines for CPR 2005 there is no pause for ventilation during providing the compressions.

Portrayed compression providing is slow, i agree..

  • whoa is this german?

  • Some of resquers should put monitoring CONTINUING compressions. Better monitoring should be put before by paramedic who ventilated, to get know what rhytm is there.

Frequency of heart compressions must be (80)-100.

    Do 30 compressions - stop, 2 ventilations with mask - stop, 30 compressions ... (30:2)

  • Your provided resuscitation is not effective.

1.Paramedics came and DIDNT controlled pulse

    2. When ventilated with ambu and mask pause on heart compressions wasnt done = uneffective ventilation.

    3. To fast frequency of compressions ~120x/min

4.When came rescuers, putting monitoring was TO LONG PAUSE of heart compressions - more then 30 seconds.

  • Terve! Finnish ambulance teams consist only of 2 persons?
