If you liked the books, perhaps you would like the four book series, Vallkulla. This is a similar story of strong women and the men who loved them.

it's normal for a musical to have one or two great anthems, but not five to seven. this is just one of it. one of the very few musical works that REALLY deserve being called "masterpiece"

@henkpas I am very lucky to have seen in in Gothenburg in 1996 with the original cast (with tickets reserved for us by BENNY!) and loved every second of it. I can't speak Swedish and the album had yet to be released, so it was all totally new to me. I adored it!
I saw the concert in New York last year and was recently at the London concert too. I think I will go to Finland to see the proper show next year.
