although this is fake and its been a month since you posted this comment. but if your voer the speed limit your over it. i bike is a vehicle. believe me lol, ive been caught speeding on a mountain bike in a 60k zone. only because i wanted to get enough speed to make it easier for me to get up a hill. but you ahve to obey the law!
