2011 World SantaClaus Congress at Bakken in Denmark

Around 120 Santas descended on Danish capital Copenhagen for the 54th annual Summer Santa Congress in what is the biggest, busiest and hottest event of their off-season....
More than 50years of tradition continues this summer when official Santa's from around the globe join the World SantaClaus Congress 2011.
For the 54th consecutive year this stunning event takes place at Dyrehavsbakken - the world's oldest amusement park situated in Klampenborg 15km north of Copenhagen - from 19-22 July 2011.More than 120 Santa's with their spouses and elves participate in this year's event.
The World Santa Congress was born in 1957 when the legendart multi-artist and entertainer Professor Tribini got the idea to invite SantaClauses of the world to Copenhagen to celebrate Christmas in July.
During the years the World SantaClaus Congress has been visited by Santa's from everycontinent on the planet.The Congress has dealt with several important issues such as deciding the official date of Christmas,the size of official Santa spoons,standardization of chimneys,weight regulations for Santa Clauses,etc.The debates have been passionate and the decisions many.
During the Congress the Santa's are involved in many public activities.From stage performances to photo opportunities.From storytelling for the children and parades through the streets of Bakken to the traditional parade through the city centre og Copenhagen and Christmas show at the Town Hall of Frederiksberg.

Paradise Yamamoto is authorized Santa Claus of The International Association of Authorized SantaClaus, The North Pole, GREENLAND.
He attends for the license update of authorized SantaClaus regularly every year from 1998.
