I guess I still like Day of the Dead because it's still gory and old. The new ones are still gory, and star Dennis Hopper, but they were wanky in a '90s sort of way, so it was horrible. Also, I think I hate Simon Baker. The way he looks at those zombies at the end and doesn't kill them was RETARDEDE!WKUGD
Even though I get scared in the middle of the day by movies starring Liv Tyler, this is still in my top 10. I can't agree with you on Day of the Dead though, that movie is complete and utter total balls. I can't disagree about the new movies, see previous comment. Although Simon Baker... and Simon Pegg cameo....
Yeah, 'Dawn of the Dead' was a great one. Actually, ever since seeing that movie as a child I've long for a zombie apocalypse to come about. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for 2012. Really digging these movie reviews. Think I'm gonna go back and watch all the ones you've made that I've missed. Catch ya later homie
True, the zombies could just fallow them in the remake. However, in the first one weren't the zombies already in the mall before the people went in. Why would they go to a place that already had zombies ?
I actually liked the first one. But I saw Resident Evil before I saw American Beauty. American Beauty changed everything for me. Now I can't limit myself to only watching American movies and new movies. The second Resident Evil was pure torture for me. It's funny how our taste change over time.
I wasn't a fan of the remake. Parts were okay, but there were parts that didn't make sense. In the orginal they fly a helicopter onto the roof of a shopping mall; therefore they are somewhere where zombies can't get to. In the new one, they smash a window on ground level to get in. The zombies could just follow them straight in. It's kinda dumb.
A clue for the next one? That screaming face is Donald Sutherland.

I think they stayed at the mall because they could blockade themselves in the roof bit, with the offices and everything
Animal House?? Afraid not.
