Iranian TV: Jews stone crucified early Christians

Many of he same hate messages appearing on Palestinian Authority TV appear throughout the Arab world.

A TV series currently being broadcast on Iranian television features an odious scene of Jews eagerly stoning crucified Christians. As-hab Al-Kahaf (The People of the Cave) is a fictionalized account of the Roman oppression of the early Christians, based on the ancient tradition of the Seven Sleepers. In one scene, the Romans have crucified a number of Christians. Stereotypically evil-looking Jews wearing prayer shawls notice the crucifixions, and bribe the Roman officer to permit them to stone the Christians.

This is usually the case for heretics of all faiths. Christians burned Jews, Witches and heretics during the middle ages. The Suni and Shia in Islam have fought and killed each other.

well- they picture the Jewish stereotype as bribers and evil doers and added psychotic stone throwers (in which countries death by stoning is still practiced?) that's what is wrong with the scene- i never read the second part of the bible but i'm pretty sure that Jesus was not stoned on the cross - correct me if i'm wrong and add the place in the book

I am pretty sure that the Romans killed far more early Christians than Jews did. But from Iranian TV what could be expected? But anyway, the wrong behaviour of one country doesn't justify the wrong behaviour of the other. Unfortunately, both Israel and Iran are currently wrong, so neither may claim any moral superiority over the other.
