How much power are you putting down at 15 psi? I am about to crank my vrt up to 10 psi on a T04E turbo and was curious on what kind of power numbers I'd put down..

3" all the way with a 2.5" muffler at the back.

Bosch 044 motorsport pump. Buy it everywhere. 034Motorsport got them I asume.

No problems with the VR6 engine. Completely stock engine, with a 8.5:1 headspacer. Been boosted for 2.5 years now. Not one issue!
Exept a gearbox or two:)
