Night Terror on the night of 2-10-07

Night terror (AKA Sleep terror, pavor nocturnus) occurs approximately 1 hour after falling asleep. I had absolutely no recollection of the event.

i have some night terrors although most i dont remember...i just remember waking up to my friends the next morning sitting bolt upright beside me like they had just saw a ghost..my parents tell me i sometimes yell in my sleep and i thrash around...the ones i do remember keep me from sleep because im afraid to have them again....i also sleep walk and i talk in my sleep...

If you have the feeling something is coming for you, you might take a look into HSP, although it doesn't fit with sleepwalking.

Night terrors are pretty scary btw.

I don't know if what i had was a night terror but when i have one i always start to sleep walk and i can see items around my house and i always have this feeling of something is coming to get me.

this is a very calm night terror. i had them myself a long time ago... it was scary as fuck. and i HAD recollection.
