Bagging a turkey is anything but automatic. Along with experience, it pays to have a little luck in your pocket. The eastern wild turkey has vision and a sense of surroundings unlike any other game bird in the forest. Host Tim Farmer knows this and so does Roger Dale Coffey. The two hunt opening morning in Russell County near Lake Cumberland. Watch as two strategies combine for one great day on Kentucky Afield television

  • Someone once told me that turkeys are descended from velociraptors.I did NOT want to hear that after seeing "Jurassic Park" b/c I hunted with a single shot 12 ga. at the time.
