I wish the creators DID like the classic 80's tv turtles. They were what I began with, and while I'm a huge enough fan to enjoy other TMNT plot lines, the comical and quirky style of the 80's cartoon Turtles (and villians), remains my favourite. The creators can say what they want, but the 80's cartoon shot them from a small fan base from the comics and first set of toys to a cult classic. So they should pay homage to it, creative rights or not.

Meh too bad the game was complete and total ass. I mean seriously, in order for to celebrate the 25th anniversary, they make a shameless smash brother's clone with a weak ass roster. I mean who wants to play as three to four different kinds of Rabbids when those slots could of been filled with other classic TMNT characters like Leatherhead, Bebop, Rocksteady, Metalhead, Krang (Ultrominator does not count), or just a random Triceridon for crying out loud!

i remember when i was at 3nd grade when i put my toys of Mikey and Raph
in my see through backpack. And a other kid saw them and said "you know you can't bring toys here" and i said "THERE NOT TOYS" man I was tnmt fan. can't wait for Smash up

I used to have hundreds of ninja turtles toys....clothes...bedroom fully furnished...even the floor tile of my bed room was indented withe the logo and turltles faces...i even ate with turtle dishes ...spoon ..forks etc....now im 24 ...and im still a fan....

Maybe when you were in "3nd" grade you should have paid attention to grammar and not TMNT.
