Trumpeter Roy Hargrove performed live at KPLU's Seattle studios on December 2, hosted by Abe Beeson. Hargrove was accompanied in the studio by pianist Jonathan Batiste, bassist Ameen Saleem, saxophonist Justin Robinson, and drummer Montez Coleman as they performed three songs: Low Life, For Tamisha, and Soulful.

  • @jbry5 Glad you like it! Unfortunately, we only had the rights to post one song in video form. However, you can get the full audio of the performance and interview at kplu (dot) org. Hover over "Jazz" in the navigation bar, then click on "Studio Sessions."

  • @titba and anyone else interested - This entire performance, along with many more in-studio performances from some great musicians, can be downloaded on our website.
