im thinking about one thing as im seeing this. why not pour some Nitrogen inside the bowl, plae a superconductor magnet on top in the middle, and the rotating object will be higher and closer to the manget ring placed on those rulers... let's see if that experiment makes or creates any new discoveries...maybe by accident, we oculd discover something, like any past great inventors..

why it lose spinning force?

I took it a few steps further and ran a driveshaft through the spinning unit (with much bigger magnets of corse))

I have nothing to pay for gas in months!

yes you can put it to work. If the rate of deceleration is decreased then a pulse motor (of the bedini type) would benefit from such a device.
and if used on such device i would like to see if the rate of acceleration would increase. hmmm i'll go see.
