I used to be a martial artist. I live in PA and went as far away as Orlando to compete. I love snowboarding, riding horses, rock climbing, boxing, MuayThai, Lacrosse and basically any sport with a clear purpose and some competition. I once prided myself in being an athlete, and now... in a matter of about 3 months, I cannot lift my legs to kick or walk more than a block. It is hard. Very hard, but will NOT give up. If I cannot compete externally, I will compete internally to beat out my health problems.

Right now, I am on a mission to get a nice wheelchair to start up a small club for disabled students here at my university. (Yes, I made it to college. It was a long shot, I made it and I am glad.) I want to start up some Wheelchair Lax, Basketball, Track Racing and whatever everyone else wants to try that is within the realm of possibility.

I am also trying to ride again. I have been riding for 11 years. I ride english, so I have a lot of contact with the horse and a pretty shallow seat. It is my job to find a horse that works well with me.

Please share your stories, I enjoy hearing about it and sharing knowlege. =)

  • @jordan13ification Townsend Design in California! :) And thanks haha They worked well, very well. However, if you need to get the fully locking braces, I recommend the swivel lock, and not the trigger lock.
